Welcome to the primary care and internal medicine practice of Radhika Jasthi MD LLC in Stamford, CT. Below you will find our official office guidelines alongside answers to frequently asked questions regarding establishing care, routine physicals, and long-term health management.

Our Office Policies & Guidelines

  • Office Hours & Appointments: Visits are by appointment only. Our standard office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We request mutual courtesy regarding scheduled time commitments.

  • Missed Appointment Charges: Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice, or you will incur a $120 fee for physical exams and a $40 fee for sick visits.

  • Fees, Payment & Insurance: Copays are due at each visit, and full payment is expected if we do not participate with your insurance. Patients are responsible for knowing their coverage details and limitations.

  • Billing Inquiries: Contact 802-773-0250 for billing questions.

  • Telephone Calls: Call 203-487-6177 during business hours for general inquiries or callbacks. For sick emergencies when the office is closed (including after-hours, Thursday afternoons, weekends, or holidays), an answering service connects you to the on-call doctor, available 24/7. Please restrict after-hours calls to serious health concerns that cannot wait until the office is open.

  • Emergency Care: Call 911 or visit the nearest hospital for severe emergencies, and ask the ER to contact Dr. Jasthi at 203-487-6177.

  • Medical Records: Copies cost sixty-five cents ($0.65) per page, with processing taking up to 30 days in accordance with Connecticut regulations.
